I downloaded one of your music which don't have information about content ID but when i used it in my video i got copyright claim

Audio name is Energetic Indie Rock TV Show by Stock Studio

If that method doesn't work, message the uploader and ask them to remove it.

hello, I also downloaded some songs from the site and created two videos in which I received content ID from the owner, I want to remove this warning so that I can monetize the videos in the future, but I can't in any way: I tried to search for the owner to it gives me that content ID I want to download that license from your site directly and challenge YouTube's decision with your license but I can't find any way to download that license from your site from my mobile phone. please help me in some way too. thanks for understanding

Have you tried messaging the artist? That's generally the best method.

Unfortunately now I've run into an issue where a user who formerly provided their music on Pixabay has removed their catalogue, and now I am getting content ID claims on my videos where I used their music and they will not remove them (I contacted them directly via their website). I used their music in a lot of videos, if not most. So it's only going to be a matter of time before more and more of my videos get these content ID claims and can't be monetized. It's really unfortunate that no matter how careful you can be, this can happen months down the road when you made sure to choose carefully.

Unfortunately some contributors decide to hide their content due to the theft of their tracks, some dishonest people, besides declaring themselves as the authors of the tracks, sell them on stock sites, this is a harsh reality, and it is very sad that it continues to happen.

It is the weekend and the administrators are not active. I hope MoninaPixabay can help you to solve it on Monday; you will have to provide the link to the author of the tracks here in Pixabay, I hope you remember it, there is always a record of the author in these cases that can be very helpful.

If you will be sending us the raw file (original file when you download the music) please do sent them in our official email address which is at info@pixabay.com

I recommend you to follow the rules and privacy of YouTube and pixabay, or go to support forum of both sites and contact them. they will definitely reply you as I faced a same problem and I contacted with pixabay community and they solve the issue for my site. Thanks.

The artist no longer has an active account, you can find the license certificate when you personally download the track, here will open a dialog window with the word certificate download, you can download the track and the text file with the personal license:

Hi @Virgijai to confirm, have you tried to download the certificate of the music you used? contacting the uploader is the next step we advice if in case the certificate didn't work.

Upon reading this and Pixabay's info on content ID, it unfortunately appears using content from this website for YouTubers who want to monetize is extremely risky. This is such a shame because there are some great artists sharing their music on this platform. I'm not sure what the workaround is but as long as artists and their alleged intellectual property is not verified this will continue to be an issue. Hope you guys are able to find a way to resolve this issue in the future.

Also if my perception is inaccurate please let me know as I'd love to use these tracks in my videos!

The problem is not on Pixabay, it is on YouTube. There is little Pixabay can do about it to try to fix this. You can check the following link where you can find useful information.

Can pixabay add back the option to download a certificate even if the artist has not clicked that the content is content id registered? That use to be an option and now it is gone, and it would save a lot of havoc.
