Can Use Images For Erotic Literature

Can I use the images on Pixabay for book covers when the book contains erotic literature? I see the rules say they can't be used for anything immoral. But what does that mean, exactly?

Is this a gag? I was told these were free photos

So Pixabay was advertised as a free photo service. Every image I've found so far is nothing more than a link to the paid iStock service. What's going on here?
